8 year old gets barber license to help the homeless

Neijae Graham-Henries took a course on how to cut hair at the Junior Barber Academyin Philly when she was just 7 years old. The teacher says "Naijae was ambitious and eager. She was the only female and by far the youngest.”

Now she is using her talents to help some of her neighbors. She is volunteering her time and services at  community events for the homeless where professionals help them prepare for job interviews. It was her older brother who had been signed up for the course by his mom but he was adamant he didn't want to cut hair. When Neijae heard that she said she would like to take it to help people.

Now she's got a career path that she's excited about but her favorite thing is knowing that she is helping people.
