Scooter, a 7-year-old Chinese Crested dog, won the World's Ugliest Dog contest in Petaluma, California last Friday! Scooter was born with deformities that left him unable to walk, and he was almost put to sleep. But now Scooter celebrates his new found fame! Long live Scooter!
