Morgan Wallen is being sued by an angry fan after canceling his concert in Oxford, Mississippi. Brandi Burcham filed a federal lawsuit Monday accusing Morgan of breach of contract and negligence. Burcham is claiming that the University Of Mississippi (they hosted the event) has yet to reimburse ticketholders. She's also saying that the guaranteed refunds do not cover other expenses like food, lodging & transportation. Burcham is trying to make the law suit a class action so others can join in.
It has been a rough few days for Morgan. He recently took a spill at a show in Louisville.
