Kane Brown took a hard hit on stage when a fan threw their boot at him and hit him directly in the crotch. Kane falls to his knees to catch his breath and then continues singing "One Thing Right."
He finally lays flat on the floor before autographing the boot and handing it back to someone in the audience.
