You Spend A Lot Of Hours On "Autopilot"

The average person spends about 1,396 hours each year or 27 hours a week on autopilot, which translates to more than 10 years of their life.

Overall, 64% of people say there’s rarely anything different about their daily routine.

Some of the things that never change include:

  • Getting dressed at the same time of the day.
  • Showering at the same time of the day.
  • Eating the same breakfast each day.
  • 79% of people say because of this they feel “stuck in a rut.”
