A bull jumped a fence at the Redding Rodeo in northern California on Friday night and escaped. Rodeo officials say the animal “ran out of the rodeo grounds and towards the contestant parking area.” Livestock handlers caught it nearly half a mile away near a bridge. Five of the people hit by the bull suffered mild injuries and were treated and released. None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.
