This is one Halloween decoration you wouldn’t want to find. The Spartanburg Police Department responded after getting a 9-1-1 call about a child stuck in a gutter on Monday (October 25th). They arrived to find fake child legs sticking out of a gutter, and the head of a white-faced clown hidden in the shadows. Come to find out...it was just a Halloween prank. A very life-like one at that!
