This is really odd. Man named Kevion Hooks (mugshot seen above) has been arrested after he allegedly he took a prosthetic leg from the victim, police say.
The victim said that Hooks came up to him with a large metal spike, took the victim's backpack and also took the victim's prosthetic leg.
When Hooks was apprehended, they found him with the victim's leg strapped to his head.
Police took the leg off Hooks' head and gave it back to the victim.
