A woman has been arrested for shoplifting $200 worth of merch from a Target in CA. But it's the beer that got her busted. Elysia Johnson strolled into the Target dressing room with a cart full of items, including a six-pack of Stella Artois. She proceeded to have her own happy hour in the dressing room for an hour while she downed all the Stellas. Then she left with the rest of her haul.
