Kent Taylor, the founder of Texas Roadhouse restaurant chain has been found dead or an apparent suicide, taking his own life after experiencing severe, post-COVID side effects.
Kent founded Texas Roadhouse 1993. He thought of the idea and wrote it on a cocktail napkin, then brought it fruition with the first restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky. Now there are 537 Texas Roadhouses in 49 states, with 10 international locations.
