Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have a new home in NYC. According to the NY Post they paid 3.5 million for a pied-à-terre to add their international real estate collection. Their main home is in Nashville but their collection of homes include Los Angeles, London and their native Australia.
So the new crib is at 108 Leonard St in the Tribeca section of Manhattan. The building was built in 1898 but refurbished in 2018.
Amenities at 108 Leonard include a pool, a hot tub, a gym and a media room. Perhaps the couples favorite feature according to the paper is the "sky garage". It allows residents to park their vehicles by their apartments instead of in the basement and then have to take an elevator where photographers or even nosy neighbors could be waiting. They drive up to their front door and park.
