San Francisco is the most expensive at $810 per sq foot. But we get so much more for our money at $95 per square foot! That means we can buy a 2000 sq foot house for about $60,000 less than most Americans!

Affordability they list us at 29, Education and health rank they have us at 26. They crushed us on economic well being at #45. Debt as a Share of Median Income, Income growth and Growth in Number of Businesses are some of the key indicators for their economic well being category.
