Carolina Panthers player Brian Burns has given first responders in Charlotte, North Carolina something else to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. The NFL rookie teamed up with Academy Sports + Outdoors to deliver turkey fryers, oil, seasonings, and grocery gift cards to each of the city’s 42 fire stations.
The donation will allow each fire station to host their own Thanksgiving dinner while they’re on duty and away from their loved ones during the holiday.
