Tyra Banks celebrated her fiftieth birthday in December…and shared that she tried something new to make it special…an alcoholic drink. The model had apparently never had an alcoholic drink before…and says that after trying out the hard stuff, she’s good!
Banks shared that she wanted to try new things to ring in her milestone birthday, and some parts of the big day were better than others. “We took a seaplane, had a meal in the middle of nowhere. I even had an alcoholic drink for the first time! It wasn’t worth it. I was like, ‘This is nasty!’,” she shares in an interview with “People.”
As far as getting older…Tyra says it's been great! “What my life is like now is totally different than what I thought. I'm poppin'. I am not insecure about myself. It feels real good,”
