University Launching Course On Weird Al

The UPI reports that Vermont State University is launching a course on Weird Al Yankovic. VSU says that the Taylor Swift course at Harvard has inspired them to create another unique celeb centered course.The class is titled "Weird Al and his Polkas," which is a twist on Harvard’s “Taylor and Her World.” The school touts the class saying "Studying his work offers students a fun and engaging framework to study things like parody, songcraft and music production analysis.” Professor Brian Warwick, who teaches the class, knows plenty about the topic. Warwick was an audio engineer for Yankovic's two most recent albums.
