Luke Combs has debuted a new song, “Six Feet Apart,” on his Twitter account and Instagram page that was inspired by his life in coronavirus quarantine.
“It's about the current times and us looking forward to the day all of this is over. I hope y'all like it.”
“I miss my mom, I miss my dad, miss the road, I miss my band, giving hugs and shaking hands,” Combs sings, before going singing about all the things he wants to do once the lockdown is over, including, “Probably over wash my hands.”
“It’s a mystery I suppose just how long this thing goes. There’ll be life after dark someday when we aren’t six feet apart.”
